REFUND POLICY

Stoops Center for Communities, Families, and Children Refund Policy

ONLINE COURSES:  No refund.

WEBINARS: No refund.

TECHNICAL ISSUES: Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on the participant’s end.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technology and internet connectivity for the online course.

IN-PERSON EVENTS: No refund.

SUBSTITUTIONS: No substitutions can be made.

EMERGENCIES: Exceptions to this policy can be made in emergency situations.
These exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

NO-SHOWS: No-shows on the day of the training will not be eligible for a refund.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS: In the rare event that we need to cancel the training, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
